Yes. Wonkerbots is built on SOC 2 and PCI compliant services (Google Cloud, Clerk for authentication, and Stripe for payments) to keep your account and transactions safe. We never see or store your card details, and we do not store personally identifiable information beyond what's needed to run your account.

We have 28 agents covering real-estate visuals (virtual staging, property tours, construction timelapses), image enhancement, 3D models, video, voice, and audio. Browse the marketplace - each agent shows its exact credit cost and examples before you run.

Quick jobs finish in the browser. Longer runs (video, 3D, multi-step pipelines) continue in the background - track them under Jobsin the nav. If a run takes more than about five minutes, we email you when it's ready. Downloads stay available in Jobs history for 7 days.

Signed-in users can open Jobs in the nav to see past runs and download outputs. Each completed job includes download links; files are kept for 7 days.

Failed runs are not charged - your credits stay put. Read the error message on screen; it often points to a fix (file too large, unsupported format, missing input). Try again with a smaller image or different settings. If it keeps failing, note the agent name and error text, then ask Wizbot (chat bubble, bottom-right) or email help@wonkerbots.ai.

No. Credits are only deducted after a pipeline completes successfully. If a run errors out or times out, you keep your credits.

No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them. There is no time limit and no penalty for leaving them unused.
